Lillian Vernon is well known for offering unique merchandise with exceptionally good values. The average product retails for $30.35; the average customer order is $56.85. In Fiscal 2003, we mailed over 150 million catalogs in 33 editions. The Company shipped more than 4.8 million packages in fiscal 2003. At the height of the Christmas season, over 3,500 employees ensure customer satisfaction with more than 1,150 representatives in the Call Centers.
